By purchasing a flavour e.g. Tabac with a strength of 24mg of Nicotine content and you decide to lower the strength it maybe too strong or you are deciding to stay with the flavour but would like to reduce your nicotine element, you can purchase a Tabac flavoured or Un-flavoured 0 mg (no nicotine) liquid and accordingly to your requirements when you fill your cartomiser or a mixing bottle you can add the mix that you like.

E.G. Typical Cartomiser contains 1.6ml - therefore add 0.8ml of Tabac 24 mg and then 0.8ml of Un-flavoured/Tabac 0 mg (no nicotine) and you will have lowered the nicotine content by 50% therefore you would be at 12 mg.... You can then continue decreasing your nicotine content all the way down to 0 mg - No Nicotine intake but satisfying the difficult last stages of stopping - the process!

This process can be carried out with any of the flavours, you can mix your own concoction of flavours.
