Welcome to Cheeky Smoke, I would like to tell you about my story and I hope that you will identify with some of the issues that I struggled with during my years of efforts to try and stop smoking.
"For the last 20+ years, I have had loads of attempts to try and cut down and eventually give up smoking. I have been to the Doctor's, I have been hypnotised and all patched up, chewing gummed & sprayed and just felt that I had become a slave to smoking.

You will have heard many comments about electronic cigarettes and yes there are many varieties around some good some not so good. With increased research over the years from when the first idea came from back to 1963 and shelved. It was when a young Chinese Pharmacist, Hon Lik, took up the idea, following the death of his Father and set himself a project of finding an alternative way to satisfy a craving of tobacco but without the Tar and Carcinogen and thousands more poisons that impede our health. The electronic cigarette is basically a battery powered device that provides heat to an element that warms up a liquid, ultimately producing a Vapour which contains flavour and an amount of nicotine depending on the strength of e-juice used, Nil is available. It is safer with NO FLAME or FIRE.
